Directions

Heat a non-stick pan and add ghee. Once melted, add the grated coconut and sauté on medium heat for 3-4 minutes until fragrant.

Add sugar and milk to the pan. Stir continuously to avoid lumps. Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.

Crush cardamom pods and add them to the mixture. Mix well to incorporate the flavor evenly.

Grease a tray with ghee and pour the mixture into it. Spread evenly and flatten with a spatula.

Allow it to cool for 30 minutes.
