Directions

Step 1

In a saucepan, combine agar powder and 500 ml of water. Stir well and bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer for 2 minutes.

Pour the agar mixture into a shallow dish and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until set.

In a small pot, melt kurozato with 50 ml of water over low heat to create a syrup. Stir occasionally until fully dissolved. Set aside to cool.

Once the agar is set, cut it into small cubes. Slice the strawberries, kiwi, and banana into bite-sized pieces.

In a small bowl, dissolve matcha in 2 tablespoons of warm water to form a paste, then mix with honey.

To assemble, arrange agar cubes in serving bowls. Add scoops of red bean paste, sliced fruits, and a scoop of ice cream. Drizzle with matcha honey and kurozato syrup.
