Step 1
Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside to cool slightly.

Blanch spinach in boiling water for 1 minute, then squeeze out excess water and season with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp sesame oil.

Julienne the carrot and sauté in a pan with a small amount of oil until slightly tender. Remove and set aside.

Slice the zucchini into thin strips and sauté until soft and lightly golden. Season with a pinch of salt.

In a skillet, cook the ground beef with minced garlic, 1 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tbsp sesame oil until browned and fully cooked.

Fry the eggs sunny-side-up until the whites are set but yolks remain runny.

To prepare the sauce, mix gochujang with 1 tbsp sesame oil and a splash of water for desired consistency.
Step 8
To assemble, divide rice into bowls. Arrange spinach, carrot, zucchini, and beef in sections on top of the rice.
Step 9
Place a fried egg in the center of each bowl.
Step 10
Drizzle the gochujang sauce over the top. Mix well before eating and enjoy warm.
