Directions

Step 1

Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut into cubes.

Step 2

Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry.

Step 3

Coat tofu cubes with the slurry.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add tofu, and fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add sliced cabbage and stir-fry until slightly softened.

Step 6

Combine gochujang, soy sauce, and sugar in a bowl, then add to the pan with cabbage and stir well.

Step 7

Return tofu to the pan, mix all ingredients thoroughly, and cook for another 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve hot.
