Directions

Step 1

Cook the chicken in a pan with a small amount of water until fully done. Allow it to cool, then shred into thin strips. Prepare the noodles according to package instructions, drain them well, and set aside for assembly.

Fill a wide bowl with warm water. Dip one rice paper sheet into the water for a few seconds until it softens. Remove carefully and place it flat on a clean surface to avoid tearing.
