Ramadan is here and so is watermelon season. Watermelon is one of the most tasty and nutritional fruit. And it’s a blessing for us, after a long fast all we need at iftar time is something sweet and refreshing! So here is a simple and easy recipe to make a pitcher full of watermelon juice!

Take a large watermelon, scoop the pulp in a blender and just blend for 30 seconds (if you have issues with seeds, take out the seeds beforehand. Or you can buy the seedless one’s, they are also available)  The juice is perfectly sweet naturally but I will suggest that you add in a handful of gurr and squeeze two lemons to the mixture and blend once again. Voila your watermelon juice is ready.

Makingthis is super easy and you will need minimal ingredients. Easy on the pocket! It’s definitely worth trying and I assure you, you will love the burst of freshness!
