Sweet Coconut Samosa Recipe

  • Coconut 250 gm (desiccated)
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Solid milk 100 gm
  • Almond 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Pistachio 1 tbsp (chopped)
  • Raisins 1 tbsp (whole small)
  • Clarified butter for frying
  • Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Rose Water 2 – 3 tsp
  • All purpose patti for filling
  • Oil for frying

Cooking Directions

  1. Sauté desiccated coconut, sugar, solid milk, almonds, pistachios and raisins in clarified butter.
  2. Once golden brown add cardamom powder and rose water, keep aside.
  3. Once cooled down.
  4. Take the all purpose patti to make the samosas.

In a large pot heat the olive oil over medium heat. Stir in the garlic, tomatoes, bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper and season with paprika, black pepper, and sea salt.
