  • (5 ounce) package vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen strawberries, thawed
  •  1 (9 inch) plain cake, cut in cubes


Prepare pudding with milk according to package directions. Layer half cake pieces, half  pudding, half  bananas, half strawberries and half the whipped topping in a trifle bowl or other glass serving dish. Repeat layers. Cover and chill in refrigerator 4 hours before serving.

Simple Baked Apples Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2 quart casserole dish or coat with non-stick cooking spray and then place apples in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.


Salted Almond Truffle Tart Recipe

Add vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon sea salt; stir until smooth. Pour into crust and spread to edges. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours, covering after 3 hours. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with a little flaky sea salt, if desired.

In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup mayonnaise and yogurt. Season with curry powder, chile pepper and garlic powder. Stir in the mango chutney. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
