– 3/4 cup strong green tea, chilled

– 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

– Juice of 1 lemon (2-3 TBSP)

– 2 teaspoons honey

– 1 small pear, skin on, cut into pieces

– 2 tablespoons fat-free plain yogurt

– 6-8 ice cubes


Put all the ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Drink chilled.

Simple Baked Apples Recipe

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 2 quart casserole dish or coat with non-stick cooking spray and then place apples in a large bowl. In a small bowl, mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.


Mushroom Burgers

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray, and place over medium heat. Add mushrooms and onions. Cook and stir for about 4 minutes just until mushrooms begin to give up their juices. Stir in bread cubes and oyster sauce, cook and stir for 1 minute.

Add all ingredients in blender and blend well. Pour into glasses and serve.
