Special Coffee Crunch Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 liter milk
  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 1 cup  Olpers cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce
  • 50 gm chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp gelatin powder
  • 2 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp finely sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp coffee
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • For garnishing
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar

Cooking Method

  1. Boil milk in a saucepan.
  2. Then add sugar and cook for 5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Dissolve cornflour and gelatin powder in little water.
  4. Also add cocoa powder and coffee in it.
  5. Beat well.
  6. Pour it in an air tight container.
  7. Freeze for 24 hours or until chill.
  8. Coffee Crunch Ice Cream is ready to serve.
