Spanish Chicken Pulao Recipe

  • 300 gm Rice
  • 2 boneless Chicken breasts cutt into cubes
  • 1 Green capsicum cut into cubes
  • 1 Red capsicum cut into cubes
  • 2 Tomatoes cut into cubes
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 1 Lemon juice
  • Black pepper powder as required
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Method

  1. Soaked rice in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat ghee in a deep pan over medium heat.
  3. Saute garlic in it until golden brown.
  4. Now add chicken and cook for 8 minutes or until all water dries up and its color is changed.
  5. Add red capsicum and green capsicum. Cook and stir for 1–2 minutes.
  6. Now add 1-½ glass of water, add soaked rice.
  7. Mix slightly.
  8. Cook till rice comes on top.
  9. Spread on top 2 chopped tomatoes, ½ bunch of chopped parsley, juice of one lemon, 2 pinch saffron, salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Simmer on low flame for 8 – 10 minutes or until cooked thorough.
  11. Take it out in a dish.

  13. Spanish Chicken Pulao is ready to serve.
  14. Serve hot.
