  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Olpers Cream ½ cup
  • Sugar ¼ cup for syrup
  • Cooking Directions


    1. In a bowl beat oil and sugar well.

    2. Add eggs one at a time.

    3. Fold in semolina and cream.

    4. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes.

    5. Make sugar syrup with ¼ cup sugar and ¼ cup water.

    6. Cool and pour syrup on the hot cake.
