  • Tomato 1/3 kg (peeled)
  • Tomatoes ½ kg (diced)
  • Yellow/White onion 1/3 cup (chopped)
  • Green chilies 5 – 6 or to taste
  • Clove garlic 1 (minced)
  • Cilantro ½ cup (roughly chopped)
  • Jalapeno 1 (minced)
  • Sugar ¼ tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Cumin ¼ tsp (ground)
  • Lime juice from 1 small lime or ½ large lime

Cooking Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor.
  2. Mix them until they are of your desired consistency or until it become smooth.
  3. Taste it and adjust the seasoning as desired.
  4. Refrigerate it for at least 1 hour.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or your favorite Mexican meal.

In a pot, saute chicken in butter for 3 minutes.Add onion, celery, green pepper and garlic. Saute for another 3 minutes. Add broth, boullion, thyme and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add potatoes and carrots. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat; quickly stir in cream.

Mix together the yeast and water and let it sit for a couple mins. Add the sugar, garlic powder, seasoning, melted butter, and oil then add the flour  slowly mixing in your stand mixer with a dough hook then add the salt. Knead for 10 mins in the stand mixer or by hand.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a large bowl, stir together, flour, sugar and salt. Add water, 1 egg white and melted butter and mix well to make a stiff dough.
