    • Carrot 2
    • Capsicum (chopped)
    • 2 Cauliflower (chopped)
    • 2 Spring Onion (chopped)
    • 6 Prawns 1/2 kg
    • Noodles 1 packet
    • Water ½ cup
    • Corn flour 2 1/2 tbsp
    • Pineapple juice 2 tbsp
    • Soy sauce 3 ½ tbsp
    • Sesame oil 1 tbsp
    • Oil as required

Fry prawns in oil. Then add vegetables and keep flame high. Then add water, pineapple juice, soya sauce and sesame oil and mix it well for 3 min. Now add corn flour to make sauce thicker. Then add noodles in it and mix it well and serve.

In a large skillet brown chicken in oil, stirring constantly until juices run clear. Add the onion, broccoli, carrots and peas. Cover skillet and steam for 2 minutes.
