Ingredients

  • For Crust:
  • Biscuits crumbs 1 cup
  • Coco powder ¼ cup
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Butter ¼ cup (melted)
  • For Filling:
  • Cream cheese 16 oz
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Olpers cream 2/3 cup
  • Dark chocolate 2 oz (melted)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Cooking Directions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 180 Degree C.

  2. In a bowl combine biscuits crumbs, coco powder, sugar and butter.

  3. Press into a baking pan to make base.

  4. For Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth, slowly add sugar.

  5. Add one by one egg.

  6. Now add vanilla essence and sour cream. Mix all well.

  7. Reserve ½ cup batter and remaining pour in the baking pan.

  8. Melt the chocolate in microwave or in double boiler.

  9. Stir chocolate in reserved cheesecake mixture.

  10. Then pour batter in a piping bag.

  11. Now carefully drop dots of chocolate on smooth cheesecake mixture until all chocolate ends up.

  12. Place in oven and bake for 1 hour or until baked.

  13. Turn off oven, but leave cheesecake in oven for another 1 hour.

  14. Refrigerate at least 24 hours then serve.

In a small bowl, mix together 1/4 cup mayonnaise and yogurt. Season with curry powder, chile pepper and garlic powder. Stir in the mango chutney. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
