  • 400 gm Chicken (cubed)
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Chicken Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika Powder
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 5 gm Green Coriander
  • 5 gm Peas
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Green Capsicum
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Green Chilies
  • 1 & ½ tsp Mozzarella Cheese
  • 10 Roll Patti’s
  • 10 gm Corn
  • Cooking Oil (for frying)


Take a bowl, add small chicken cubes, salt, black pepper powder, chicken powder, paprika powder, soy sauce, mix these all ingredients and keep this mixture for 15 minutes in a fridge. Next, Add cooking oil in a pan, add marinated chicken and cook it for 2 Minutes. Then add peas, tomato, carrot, green capsicum, corn, and cook it for 10 Minutes. Now take a roll patti, and then paste the marinated chicken and mozzarella cheese. After this, close it by applying Egg & make Pocket Rolls. Add cooking oil in a pan, let it hot. Then add the pocket rolls in this oil and fry until they changed into golden brown color.
