Ice Cream Souffle Recipe

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 tbsp gelatin
  • 1 packet Olpers cream 
  • 1 packet pineapple jelly
  • 1/2 liter vanilla ice cream

Cooking Method

  1. Dissolve pineapple jelly and gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Let it cool for 40 minutes or until set.
  3. Cut pineapple slices into tiny pieces.
  4. Place pineapple in a serving bowl.
  5. Spread pineapple pieces over it.
  6. Then add ice cream.
  7. Chill for 4-6 hours or until set.
  8. Top with Olpers cream, cherries and pineapple slices.
  9. Ice Cream Souffle is ready to serve.Enjoy!
