  • Mix fruits 1 bowl (cubed)
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Chaat masala as required
  • A pinch of salt
  • Lemon 1 nos
  • Red syrup 3 tbsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Put fruits in a bowl .
  2. Add sugar, chat masala, lemon juice and salt.
  3. Put a cover on the bowl and toss well up and down without using a spoon.
  4. Drop red syrup on top. Chill and serve.

In a pot, saute chicken in butter for 3 minutes.Add onion, celery, green pepper and garlic. Saute for another 3 minutes. Add broth, boullion, thyme and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add potatoes and carrots. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat; quickly stir in cream.

Mix together the yeast and water and let it sit for a couple mins. Add the sugar, garlic powder, seasoning, melted butter, and oil then add the flour  slowly mixing in your stand mixer with a dough hook then add the salt. Knead for 10 mins in the stand mixer or by hand.
