Ingredients

– 500 g Fish/Chicken
– 1 tbsp white chili powder
– 1 egg
– 2 tbsp Maida
– 2 tbsp corn flour
– 2 tbsp cooking oil
– 50 g garlic
– 2 green chilies
– 1 cup ketchup
– 1 tbsp Chinese salt
– 3 tbsp vinegar
– 1 tbsp soya sauce
– 3 tbsp sugar

Directions

In a bowl add fish, then add Chinese salt, white chili powder (1/2) tbsp, Egg, Maida, Corn Flour and mix them all. Now take a pan, then add cooking oil (as needed), let it hot. Then add marinated Fish in this hot oil, deep fry it till it changes into golden brown. Now add 2 tbsp cooking oil in a pan, add chopped garlic in this oil and cook it for two minutes, add green chilies, ketchup, salt, white chili powder ( ½ tbsp), vinegar, soya sauce, Chinese salt, sugar and cook it for 5 minutes. Now add prepared Fish in this and cook it for 2 minutes. Your tasty Fish Manchurian is ready to serve.
