  • 200 ml Olpers cream
  • 100 gm dates
  • 5 almonds thinly sliced
  • 5 pistachios thinly sliced

Cooking Method

  1. Wash and slit dates.
  2. Then remove seeds of it.
  3. In a bowl, beat Olpers cream until its fluffy and thick.
  4. Fill dates with Olpers cream.
  5. Garnish with sliced almonds and pistachios.
  6. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
  7. Dates and Olpers Cream are ready to serve.
  8. Enjoy!

Coconut Halwa Recipe

Heat clarified butter in a skillet. Then add coconut and sauté it. Then add solidified milk, sugar and green cardamom, cook well. When sugar is properly mixed, add rose water, mix and remove from heat.
