  • Gram lentil ½ cup
  • Yellow lentil ½ cup
  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Rice flour 3 tbsp
  • Egg white 2
  • Green coriander ½ bunch (chopped)
  • Green chilies 4 (chopped)
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch (chopped)
  • Cumin 1 tbsp (roasted and crushed)
  • Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

Cooking Directions

  1. Wash soak and boil both lentils separately.
  2. Chop together the lentils and chicken mince.
  3. Add in rice flour, eggs, green coriander, green chilies, mint leaves, cumin, red chili flakes, black pepper and some salt.
  4. Make kabab and shallow fry them until they are golden fry.
  5. Serve them chili garlic sauce.

In a pot, saute chicken in butter for 3 minutes.Add onion, celery, green pepper and garlic. Saute for another 3 minutes. Add broth, boullion, thyme and pepper. Bring to a boil. Add potatoes and carrots. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat; quickly stir in cream.

Mix together the yeast and water and let it sit for a couple mins. Add the sugar, garlic powder, seasoning, melted butter, and oil then add the flour  slowly mixing in your stand mixer with a dough hook then add the salt. Knead for 10 mins in the stand mixer or by hand.
