  • Sweetcorn kernels 500 gms
  • Full fat milk 500 mls
  • Sugar 250 gms
  • Green cardamom powder 1 gm
  • Olpers Cream 150 gms
  • Saffron few strands
  • Pistachio nuts 12-15

Cooking Directions

  1. Grind kernels then add sugar and cardamom powder.
  2. Stir mixture with milk on low heat until thickene.
  3. Add Olpers cream and saffron strands.
  4. Garnish with sliced pistachios.

Creamiest Rice Pudding

In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, combine 1/2 gallon milk, sugar and rice. Simmer, cover it for  1 hour and stir it frequently. Remove pan from heat and let it rest for  10 minutes. In a small bowl, combine eggs, 1/4 cup milk, salt and vanilla. Stir into rice mixture and return pot to low heat and stir it constantly for 2 minutes.
