INGREDIENTS:

1) Flour 3 tbsp 
2) Butter 3 tbsp 
3) Milk 2 cups 
4) Olper Cream 2 tbsp 
5) Almond paste 25 gm 
6) Almonds, blanched a few


How to make Cream of Almond Soup

 

METHOD:

1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over heat, add the flour and roast it. 
2. Lower heat and pour in the milk, stirring continuously till it thickens. 
3. Now add the almond paste, mix well and boil for five more minutes. 
4. Serve hot, garnished with the almonds and cream.
