  • Chicken breast 2
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Potato 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Spring onion (strips cut) 1
  • Egg 1 (beaten)
  • Big green chilies 3 (chopped)
  • Capsicum 1/2 (chopped)
  • Parsley ¼ bunch (chopped)
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Cut potato, carrot, ginger, capsicum, spring onion, parsley, green chilies and chicken breasts into thin julienne.
  2. Mix with salt, black pepper, lemon juice, flour, sesame seeds, beaten egg and corn flour. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add a spoonful of mixture and shallow fry till golden brown.
  4. Flip and fry from other side.
  5. Make bouquets with all fritters and serve with any sauce.
