Ingredients:

  • 500g Chicken finger
  • 1 cup Maida
  • 3 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 2 Eggs white
  • 1/2 cup Ice Cube
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Cooking oil as needed
  • 1/2 cup Cold Water

Method:

In a bowl, add maida(1/2 cup), corn flour (1-1/2 tbsp), egg white, ice cube, salt, white pepper powder, baking powder, lemon juice, cooking oil, cold water and mix it well. Paste is ready now. In a bowl, add maida (1/2 cup), corn flour (1-1/2 tbsp), salt, white pepper powder and mix it well. Maida Mixture ready now. Now, cover the chicken finger with maida mixture and then dip into paste. Deep fry until light brown in the cooking oil.
