  • Chicken chest 2 (make cuts)
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp (chopped)
  • Soy sauce 1 tsp
  • Ketchup 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Cooking oil as required
  • Garlic 1 tsp
  • D.P or H.P sauce 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black basil ½ tsp
  • For Pepper Sauce:
  • All purpose flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Stock ¾ cup
  • H.P or D.P sauce 1 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese little
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Cream 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp (chopped)

Cooking Directions

  1. Marinate chicken with all spices and keep in fridge for 2 hours.
  2. Add 2 tbsp oil in a pan and preheat oil.
  3. Then fry marinated chicken mixture for 10 minutes.
  4. For Pepper Sauce: Add butter and all purpose flour in a pan and fry for a while.
  5. Now add salt, red chili, black pepper powder and H.P or D.P sauce and fry for a while.
  6. Then add chicken stock. When mixture is thicken then add cream and cheddar cheese in it.
  7. Now add fried chicken and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Steaks are ready.
  9. Now preheat sizzler and sprinkle 1 tbsp cooking oil and put steaks over it.
  10. Garnish with boiled vegetables (potatoes, peas and carrots) and serve.
