Ingredients

  • Self raising flour 5 1/2 ounce
  • Baking powder 1/2 tsp
  • Cake spice 1/2 tsp
  • Brown sugar 2 ounce
  • Carrot 1 grated
  • Walnuts (chopped) 2 ounce
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Egg 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • For Topping:
  • Olpers Cream 100 grams
  • Icing sugar 5 tbsp
  • Marzipan carrots for decoration
  • Cooking Directions

     

    1. Pre heat oven to 200 degree centigrade.

    2. Sift flour baking powder, cake spice in to all bowl stir in the brown sugar carrots and walnuts.

    3. In a separate bowl lightly beat together milk egg and oil a stir into the flour mixture.

    4. Mix very lightly divide mixture between paper cases and bake for 15 minutes remove and cool.

    5. For Topping:

    6. Beat cream cheese till soft adding in icing sugar.

    7. Spread the icing over the cup cakes and decorate with marzipan carrots.
