  • Bread slices 12
  • Brown sugar 1 cup
  • Pecan halves ¼ cup (optional)
  • Milk 1 ½ cup
  • Butter ½ cup
  • Light corn syrup 2 tbsp
  • Almond extract ½ tsp
  • Apple sliced 1 (optional)
  • Eggs 6
  • Vanilla extract 1 tsp
  • Salt ¼ tsp

Cooking Directions

  1. Grease baking dish and pre heat oven at 170 degree.
  2. For Caramel Sauce: In a sauce pan add brown sugar and corn syrup and butter cook on medium heat till sugar dissolved and form into thick sauce.
  3. Now take greased baking dish and pour caramel sauce on it and assemble pecans and apple slices, again make second layer of pecan and apple slices.
  4. Make 2 layers of bread slices on apples.
  5. Beat eggs, vanilla extract, almond extract, milk and salt incorporate all and pour this mixture on bread slices.
  6. And keep aside at room temperature for approximately 50 minutes.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes till golden.
