Blueberry 1 tin
Olpers Cream 1 packet
Milk 2 cups
Gelatin powder 1 tbsp (mix with warm water)
Vanilla Essence ½ tsp
Sugar 1 cup
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Egg whites 2
Pour milk and sugar in a saucepan and bring slowly up to boiling point.
Mix corn flour with water and add into milk.
Remove from the heat and leave to cool.
Beat egg whites and vanilla essence till it creates foam.
Blend blueberries, cream, prepared milk, gelatin powder well.
In a bowl, fold the blended mixture in egg whites and refrigerate it an air tight box.
