Bites Sized Cake Donuts

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Salt a pinch
  • Caster sugar 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Olpers Cream ½ cup
  • Butter 100 gm
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Milk as required
  • Oil for fry
  • For Vanilla Glazed:
  • Caster sugar 1 cup
  • Vanilla essence ½ tsp
  • Milk 3 tbsp
  • Cooking Directions


    1. In a bowl mix together flour, a pinch of salt, baking powder, butter, caster sugar, eggs, vanilla essence and cream.

    2. Knead well with milk as required and keep aside for 1 hour.

    3. Now roll and cut into rounds using donut cutter.

    4. Now fry in oil till golden brown, then remove and keep aside.

    5. For Vanilla Glazed:

    6. Mix together caster sugar, vanilla essence and milk.

    7. Mix well, spread on top of each donut and serve.
