Ingredients

  • Beef Teriyaki:
  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • For Teriyaki Sauce
  • Bones of 1 chicken
  • Ginger 4-5 pieces
  • Garlic 15 cloves
  • Kikkoman sauce 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Water 1/2 cup

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl put beef and marinate wit salt, chinese salt, white pepper and oil leave for 1-2 hours.
  2. In another bowl put all teriyaki sauce ingredients and cook until half quantity remains.
  3. Strain and simmer for a few minutes then thicken with corn flour paste.
  4. Teriyaki sauce is ready keep aside.
  5. Heat 1/4 cup oil in other pan and stir fry marinated beef for about 10 minutes.
  6. When tender add prepared sauce mix well.
  7. Garnish with spring onion and serve.
