Ingredients:
- Chicken legs 2
- Chicken breasts 2
- Rice 2 cups
- Clarified butter 1 cup
- Onion 2 (chopped)
- White vinegar 2 tbsp
- Small cardamom 6 (chopped)
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Almonds 10 (boiled, chopped)
- Raisins 1 cup
- Green chilies 4
- Salt to taste
Method:
Take chicken leg piece and chicken breast and cut into two pieces. Wash and soak the rice. Heat some clarified butter in the pan and adds in chopped onion. Fry it till they are golden brown. Take the onion and add in the chicken pieces. Cook it till the water dries. Add in salt, green chilies white vinegar, small cardamom, yogurt and ginger garlic paste. Cook it. Add in almonds and raisins. Cook it and add in 2 – 3 cups of water and rice in it to cook. When it boils and simmer it. Take the rice out, garnish fried onion and serve hot.
