- Apricots ½ kg (dried)
- Fresh cream 2 packets
- Almonds 15 – 20 (finely sliced)
- Wash dried apricots and boil.
- When apricots are tender, let them cool and deseed and crush them.
- Then chill crushed apricots thoroughly.
- Add whipped fresh cream and almonds and mix.
- Apricot Dessert is ready to serve.
