This recipe from one of the most popular cook books. This cold drink combines two kinds of apples with distinct flavors, Fuji (red and green) and Granny Smith (green) 🍏 Apples are very healthy and a great source of minerals and nutrients. Furthermore the drink includes lemon (which is rich in vitamin c) and fresh ginger to create a bright and very healthy tonic 🍸

The only special equipment you will need is a basic juicer. The prep time is minimal and this drink is very good for immunity and heart health. All you need is:1 Fuji apple (peeled and cut into pieces) 1 Granny Smith apple (peeled and cut into pieces) juice of 1 lemon and 1/2-inch piece of ginger (peeled and crushed) 

To make this drink just put all the ingredients in a blender, and mix for 20 seconds. Garnish the drink with some lemon zest. Serve this drink immediately (if delayed the taste of ginger will get stronger)
