Chicken White Biryani

Ingredient :
1. Yogurt 25 gm or 1 cup
2. Chicken 750 gm
3.Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
4. Vinegar 2 tbsp.
5. Tomatoes 2 medium sized
6. Black pepper powder ½ Tsp
7. White pepper powder 1 Tsp
8.Green chili 7 to 8
9.Star Anise 1
10.Cooking Oil ¼ Cup
11.Onion sliced 3 medium
12.Cinnamon stick 2
13.Bay leaf 1
14.Cloves 5 to 6
15.Whole black pepper 8
16.Black cardamom 2
17.Cardamom 3
18.Corriander Seeds 1 tabs
19.Salt As per taste
20.Funnel seeds ½ Tsp
21.Green chilies halved 2 to 3
22.Cumin powder 1 tabs
23.Cumin seed tabs
24.Corriander powder 1tsp
25. Rice 1 kg
Method :
For Rice Boiling :
Make cheesecloth bag put 3 whole black pepper 2 black cardamom 2 green cardamom half cinnamon stick funnel seeds , cumin seeds half tsp , green chilies 3 in it . Boiled Water put cheesecloth bag in it cover it after 2 or 3 minutes takeout now put rice and vinegar half done and keep aside .
Biryani Making Method
When you preparing rice other side keep chicken with ginger garlic paste and 2 tabs yogurt aside only 10 minutes
Now in a pan put oil . Now put onion fried till light golden now add all spice ( Sabut garam masala) Sauté then add chicken with ginger garlic paste sauté after 3 to 4 minutes put chopped tomatoes and meanwhile grind mint leaves corriander leaves and green chilies put this mixture in pan after tomatoes now put all spice powder , corriander powder, black pepper powder, white pepper powder and cumin powder with 2 or 4 more green chilies as per your taste and salt to taste . If you want to add potato you can add it boiled potatoes into gravy . Stire fry well . Add some water too half of cup or as needed when gravy is done . Start lairing 1st masala then rice then again gravy and rice put some fried onion on top too . White biryani is done . You will enjoy it must try .
