Waheed ki kabab
Ingredients
Minced meat 1 kg
Meat tenderizer 1tbsp
Yoghurt 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 1/2 tsp
Gram flour 3 tbsp
Red chilly pd 2 tbsp
Red chilly flakes 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Ground black pepper 1 tbsp
All spice powder 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1 cup
Italia oil 1 tbsp
One small onion
Method
Marinate minced meat with ginger garlic, meat tenderizer and yoghurt.
Keep aside.
Roast all other ingredients. Put all ingredients in minced meat and marinate for at least 1 hour. Put oil in pan, add sliced onion and fry till done. Add minced meat and cook. Add 1/2 cup water and lastly give dum of coal.
Baisan ka halwa
Gram flour or baisan 2 cups
Semolina 1/4 cup
Sugar3/4 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Ghee 3/4 cup
Italia olive oil 1tbsp
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Khoya 1/2 cup
Method
Make sugar syrup with water and cardamom powder keep aside .Take pan, add ghee and olive oil. Put sifted baisan ka aata and semolina mix and cook for at least 20 to 25 minutes. When done and colour changes, add khoya and again mix well. Add sugar syrup and chopped almond and pistachio. Cook and garnish with almonds and pistachio.
