Vitamin Chaat Bhel

This recipe offers you a bowlful of good health and even better taste! Mixed sprouts and curds are combined with crunchy and tasty veggies like capsicum and onions, and laced with peppy chutneys and spice powders to make a delicious Vitamin Chaat, which will appeal to people of all age groups. The best part is that this chaat is so easy and quick, it will be ready before you can spell all the ingredients.

Preparation Time: 15 minutes.
Cooking Time: Nil.
Serves 4.

2 cups boiled mixed sprouts (moong, matki, chana, etc)
1½ cups whisked curds (dahi)
¼ cup finely chopped cucumber
¼ cup finely chopped capsicum
¼ cup finely chopped onions
¼ cup khajur imli ki chutney
2½ tbsp green chutney
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
Salt to taste

For the garnish
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)

Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
Serve immediately garnished with coriander.
