Adrak Gosht :
Ingredients
Beef with bone 1 kg
Onion paste 1 cup
Tomatoes 250 gm
Yogurt 250 gm
Ginger 50 gm
Whole black pepper 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Red chili small 6
Oil 1 cup
Curry leaves 6
Salt ½ tsp
Green chilies few
Cheese balls salad:
Ingredients
Cheese balls ½ packet
Carrot 1cup
Cucumber 1cup
Spring onion 1tbsp
Capsicum chopped 2tbsp
Chili sauce 2tsp
Tomato ketchup 1tbsp
Cream 1tbsp
Salt as required
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Method
Mix al and serve .
Fry masoor daal:
Ingredients
Split Red Lentil ½ kg
Green chilies 10
Turmeric 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Red chilies crushed 2tsp
Cumin 1tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Coriander ½ bunch
Butter 50gm
Curry leaves 6
Onion 1
Tomatoes 4
Method
Heat oil & fry onions now add 1 cup water . then add tomato, turmeric, salt and crushed red pepper & roast this masala. now add 2 cups of water , Split Red Lentil and green chilies . when lentil tenders give dum on medium flame , then sprinkle coriander, in another pan heat butter add cumin and curry leaves and give tarka to lentil & serve .
