Tikka boti shahlik:

Ingredients

Tikka boti 1packet
Soya sauce 2tbsp
Chili sauce 2tbsp
Red pepper crushed ½ tsp
Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Tomatoes ground 1cup
Oil 4tbsp
Garlic 1tbsp
Spring onion 250gm
Brown sugar 1tbsp
Capsicum 1cup
Carrots 1cup
Cabbage 1cup

Method
Heat oil sauté garlic , now fry tikka botis and add sauces , now add the remaining spices , lastly add veggies and serve.

Vegetable stuffed kulcha fry :

Ingredients:

Flour ½ kg
Baking soda 1 pinch
Clarified butter ½ cup
Yeast 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Milk as required
Ingredients of filling:
Potatoes (boiled) 2
Finely chopped onion 1
Finely chopped green chilies 1 cup
Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 cup
Finely chopped mint leaves 1 cup
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Red chilies (crushed) 2 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Pomegranate (chopped) 4 tbsp
Butter as required
Cheddar cheese 1 cup
Green peas (boiled) 1 cup
Finely chopped capsicum 1 cup

Method
In a bowl add flour, salt, clarified butter and soda , add milk and kneed till soft and rise for 1 hour . now in a bowl add boil potatoes, pomegranate seeds crushed , onion, green chilies, coriander , mint , cumin, salt, peas boil , capsicum , red pepper crushed and butter mix well. , now make bowls of dough , add prepared masala, now add chadder cheese and let it to rise for 30 min ,now bake in 200 deg oven for 30 min and serve.
