Thaal Kabab:

Ingredients:
Beef mince ½ kg
Garlic 1 tbsp
Ginger 2 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Potatoes (cubed) 1 large
Tomatoes (chopped) 2
Green chilies 4
Cumin 1 tbsp
Green coriander as required
Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
Bread (sliced) 3 tbsp
Onions (large) 2

Method:
• In a bowl add beef mince, ginger, garlic, bread slice, salt, garam masala powder, cumin and green coriander.
• Mix well.
• Then in a baking tray spread beef mince, add cubed potatoes, chopped tomatoes and green chilies.
• Mix well.
• Now add 1 tbsp oil and cover with foil.
• Then bake it in an oven for about 35-40 minutes.
• In the end remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes.
• Serve hot.

Galawat Kay Kabab:

Ingredients:
Beef mince ½ kg
Coal 1 piece
Garam masala 1 tsp
Gram flour 3 tbsp
Garlic 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp
Coriander powder 5 tbsp
Raw papaya 4 tbsp
Green chilies 4
Cumin 1 tbsp
Green coriander 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
Onion 1 large

Method:
• In a bowl add beef mince and all the other ingredients.
• Mix well.
• Then on the beef mince mixture place hot coal with a little oil and cover.
• Now remove coal, mix the beef mince mixture properly and leave it in the fridge for about 3 hours.
• Then make round kababs and fry on both sides in a hot oil. Serve hot.

Arabic Paratha:

Ingredients:
Flour 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Water 1 ½ cup
For the filling:
Beef mince 1 cup
Eggs (boiled, sliced) 4
Parsley (chopped) 5 tbsp
Onion (chopped) 1
Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Salt 1 tsp
Cheddar cheese (grated) 1 cup
Oil as required

Method:
• In a bowl, add flour and salt.
• Mix and knead well, set aside.
• Then in a pan, heat oil, add garlic and beef mince.
• Cook well.
• Now add black pepper, chopped parsley and onion.
• Cook on a high heat and set aside.
• Then make the balls out of a dough and spread evenly.
• Now add beef mixture, eggs and grated cheddar cheese.
• Roll and seal properly.
• Then in a pan, heat oil and fry the parathas from both sides and serve hot.
