Tawa Qeema Khara Masala :
Ingredients:
Beef mince ½ kg
Whole spices 2 tbsp
Onion chopped 2 large
Tomato chopped 2
Cumin 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Green chili sliced 5
Curry leaves chopped 3 tbsp
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Ginger sliced 4 tbsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Lemon sliced 2
Salt 1 tbsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
fresh coriander as require

Walnut bread:
Ingredients:
Flour 900gm
Brown sugar 240gm
Yeast 45gm
Salt 30gm
Butter 100gm
Water 600ml
Bread improver 240gm
Walnuts crushed 240gm
Egg 1

Baking temperature 230 C
Baking time 45mins
Method:
In a mixer add flour, brown sugar, yeast, butter ,Water and bread improver and make a dough. Now add walnuts and let the dough bloat. Then grease the baking tray and set the dough in it and let it bloat again. Now brush it with eggs and bake for 45mins and let it cool then serve.

Gajjar ka halwa:

Ingredients:

Carrot (grated) 1kg
Sugar 1cup
Clarified butter 1cup
Dried whole milk 2cup
Almonds chopped 4tbsp
Pistachios 4tbsp
Silver sterling paper 4
Green cardamom 6-8

Method:
In a pan heat clarified butter and add carrot, green cardamom and cook at high flame for 10mins. Now add sugar and cook for 1min. then add almonds, pistachios and whole dried milk and switch off the flame and cook for 1omins covered. Now dish it out garnish it with silver sterling paper to serve.
