14. Did anyone cook this dish? @sanjeevkapoorkhazaana how is it different from a pulao cooked in kadahi/ handi using the same ingredients?

    My guess is that the ingredients will not mix so well here since it's an entirely open surface. Also it could get kind of dry…

    What would prompt you sir to cook a pulao on Tawa instead of in Kadahi/ handi?
