Tarragon Chicken Steak:

Ingredients to marinate

Boneless chicken breast 2
Garlic & ginger paste 1tbsp
Oil 1tbsp
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Salt as required
Black pepper 1tsp
Mustard paste 1tbsp
Soya sauce 2-3tbsp
Ingredients for sauce
Butter 2tbsp
Onion chopped 1tbsp
Garlic chopped 1tsp
Chicken stock 1 cup
Tarragon dry 1tsp
Salt as required
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp
cream 2 – 3 tbsp
method
chicken kay liye ek mixing bowl men chicken or tamam masaly dal ker achi tarhan mix ker len or 30 minutes kay liye fridge men rakh den. phir ek grill pan men ko oil se greece ker kay chicken ko dono sides se achi tarhan cook ker len.
ab sauce kay liye pan men butter garam ker kay onion ko sauté ker len phir garlic dal ker fry karen or chicken stock dal den or ubal anay den jab ubal ajae to salt, black pepper, chicken powder or tarragon dal ker 1 minute tak pakaen phir cream shamil ker kay sauce ko garha ker len phir sauce chicken per dal ker serve karen.

Moroccan Lemon Chicken Breast:

Ingredients to marinate

Boneless chicken breast 2
Garlic & ginger paste 1tbsp
Paprika 1tbsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Salt as required
Water 2 – 3 tbsp
Ingredients for Sauce
Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
Onion chopped ½ cup
Garlic chopped 1tsp
Chicken stock 1 cup
Lemon juice 1tbsp
Lemon slices 2 – 3
Salt as required
Black pepper 1tsp
Fresh coriander chopped 1tsp
Zafran essence few drops
Method
Chicken kay liye ek mixing bowl men chicken or tamam masaly dal ker achi tarhan mix ker len or 30 minutes kay liye fridge men rakh den. Phir ek frying pan men oil garam ker kay chicken ko dono sides se 2 , 2 minutes kat fry ker len.
Ab sauce kay liye pan men oil garam ker kay onion ko sauté ker len phir garlic dal ker fry karen or chicken stock dal den or ubal anay den jab ubal ajae to salt, black pepper, zafran essence, hara dhania, lemon juice or chicken dal ker mazeed itna pakaen kay sauce garha hojae phir lemon slices dal ker mazeek 1 se 2 minuts tak pakaen. Phir sevign dish men nikal ker serve karen.

Manakish :

Ingredients for Dough

Flour 1 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Yeast 1 tsp
Sugar ½ tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Water as required
Ingredients for Topping
Dry thyme 2 tbsp
Dry oregano 2 tbsp
White till 2 tbsp
Sumac powder 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Olive oil ¼ cup
Method
Dough bananay kay liye ek mixing bowl men yeast, sugar or neem garam pani dal ker mix karen or 5 minutes kay liye chor den phir us men namak or oil dal ker maida shamil karen or ata goondh len phir dough ko cover ker kay 40 minutes kay liye chor den. Phir ek dafa dough ko goondhen or phir cover ker kay rakh den.
Ab dosri taraf thym, oregano or till ko pees len phir is men sumac powder, salt or oil dal ker mix karen or paste banal en.
Ab dough kay pairay bana ker bail len or till wala paste laga ker pre heated oven men 180c per 6 se 8 minutes tak bake ker len.

Dawood Basha:

Ingredients for meatballs

Beef mince 1 cup
Beef fat ¼ cup
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Salt as required
Black pepper 1 tsp
All spice ½ tsp
Clarified butter for fry
Ingredients for sauce
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic sliced 1tbsp
Tomato juice 1 cup
Salt as required
Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
All spice ½ tsp
Fresh coriander chopped for garnish
Method
Koftay bananay kay liye qeema, fat or tamam ajza chopped men dal ker chop ker len or phir qeemay ki choti choti balls bana len. An frying pan men ghee garam ker kay balls ko fry ker len.
Ab dosri taraf pan men oil garam ker kay lehsan ko light golden ker len phir tomato juice shamil ker kay 5 se 8 minutes tak pakaen phir salt, black pepper, garam masala powder or meat balls dal ker mazeed 8 se 10 minutes tak pakaen yahan tak kay gravy garhi hojae. Phir serving dish men nikal ker hara dhania dal ker serve karen.
