Ingerdients:
1: mutton 1 kg
2: tomatoes 1/2 kg (boiled & peeled)
3: onion 1 large (grind to a paste)
4: National ginger & garlic paste 2 tbsp
5: bullet green chilli 2 (sliced)
6: fresh ginger 1 inch (Julian cut)
7: National salt 1 tsp
8: National red chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
9: National turmeric 1/2 tsp
10: National garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
11: National cumin seeds 1 tsp
12: National cumin seeds 2 tsp (dry roasted & crushed)
13: oil 1/2 cup
14: fresh coriander 1/2 cup
Recipe:
1: heat oil add National cumin seeds, onion paste, National ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame till gets golden.
2: now add meat and fry on high flame till changes colour.
3: add the National salt, National turmeric, National red chilli powder, National cumin, tomatoes mix well and fry on high flame.
4: then add water 2 glass, wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium till the meat is tender and the oil comes on the surface.
5: add the National garam masala powder, green chilli, coriander mix.
6: serve hot with Naan, Roti.
