  • Flour 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Egg 7
  • Olpers cream 1 cup
  • Coco powder 4 tbs
  • Icing sugar 4 tbs
  • Jam 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract 2-3 drops
  • Cooking Directions



      Take a bowl and beat eggs till they become fluffy.

    2. Add sugar and mix it.

    3. Now add flour and vanilla extract. Just fold the mixture, don’t use beater.

    4. Pour this mixture in 10X20 inch baking tray after greasing it with oil.

    5. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven at 210c.

    6. Mix fresh cream, icing sugar and coco powder very well.

    7. Pour this mixture over cake and roll all over it.

    8. For jam rolls, cut 2inch thick slice and garnish with cream and jam.
