Super bird sandwich:
Ingredients
Chicken breast 2
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Mustard powder ½ tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Bread crumbs as required
Other ingredients
For Cole slaw salad
Burger buns 4
Mayonnaise as required
Cheese slices 4
Tomato sliced 1
Cucumber sliced half
Method for chicken
Marinate chicken with salt, black pepper, mustard powder, oyster sauce, sweet chili sauce, in a bowl mix flour and egg, add marinated chicken to egg and flour mixture, then spread in bread crumbs and shallow fry, make coleslaw salad, keep aside
To assemble
Toast bread slices with little butter on a grill pan, spread cheese on 1 slice of toasted bread, top with fried chicken fillet then tomato sliced, cucumber sliced, cover with 2nd toasted slice, cut into triangular pcs with a sharp knife, serve sandwiches with coleslaw salad and fries.
Roman chicken pasta:
Ingredients
Tikka boti ½ packet
Rice noodles ½ packet
Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Black pepper ½ tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Parsley chopped 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Cream 1 cup
Milk 1-½ cup
Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp
Sweet chili sauce 2 tsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Method
Marinate chicken julienne with black pepper and salt. Heat oil and butter in a pan, add garlic paste, sauté for 1 min, add in marinated chicken and fry for 5 mins, add in milk with dissolved corn flour, cheddar cheese, rice stick noodles, cook for 5 mins. Lastly add cream, serve garnished with parsley and parmesan cheese.
Churros:
Ingredients
Water 1 cup
Butter 1-½ tbsp
Salt a pinch
Caster sugar 4 tbsp
Flour 1 cup
Yellow corn 6 tbsp
Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Icing sugar as required
Method
In a sauce pan add water, salt, caster sugar, butter, both the flours, cook stirring until mixture gets thick and comes in the center of the pan like a ball, stirring continuously, remove from fire, add in eggs, cinnamon powder, mix very well, put mixture in piping bag with star nozzle and deep fry in long strips for 6-8 mins, remove, dust with icing sugar, serve immediately.
