1. I'm no chef, but he lost me when he butchered that rib roast!! Never cut the center of a roast or steak till cooked!! Given that it was red and delicious looking. As I said I'm no chef, I just know how my family and I like our food.

   We have the best chefs of the world, spanish cuisine is the healthiest and nicest food ever.
   It's funny to see this "chef" trying to be good at cooking… British food is just DISGUSTING

26. Here in the philippines we don't call that medium rare but " hilaw"

27. We need a full TV series of Gordon teaching us how to cook delicious dishes, Hells Kitchen and Nightmare kitchen are great, but IMO Gordon is at his best when cooking and teaching like this.
