Stew Qeema:
Ingredients:
Mince ½ kg
Onion (cut in length) 4
Ginger (cut in length) 2 tbsp
Whole red chili 8-10
Yogurt ¾ cup
Green chili 8-10
Whole all spice 1 tbsp
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Curry leaves 1
Green chili 5-6
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Mix all spice ½ tsp
Method
Heat oil and fry onion. Then add mix all spice and whole red chili lightly fry then add mince, ginger garlic paste,salt, chopped garlic, yogurt, chopped ginger, green chili, whole all spice and curry leaves with ½ cup water and cook. When mince get tender then sauté it. Add green chili and ginger cut in length and leave it on dum. Then take out and serve with paratha.

Gajar ka halwa :
Ingredients:
Carrot (grated) 2kg
Cream 1packet
Milk 1cup
Sugar 300g
Whole dried milk 250g
Mix dry fruits 1cup
Clarified butter 3/4cup
Sterling Silver leaf 2
Green cardamom 6
Method:
Add cream and milk in graded carrots and cook them. When the carrot tenders and the milk dries then add sugar and cook it. With it heat clarified butter and add small cardamom and carrot. Keep moving the spoon in the halwa when it starts to roast add half khoya and orange peel and roast it more. Lastly set it on a dish and garnish it with khoya and mixed dry fruits with it also put silver paper and serve it hot.
