Ingerdients:
rice 2,1/2 cups (boiled)
chicken breast 1,1/2 cup (cut in small pieces)
prawns 1,1/2 cup
cabbage 1 cup (finely sliced)
carrot 1 cup (grated)
spring onion 1( chopped)
onion 1 medium (sliced)
eggs 4 (scramble eggs with 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper)
green chilli 2
garlic 1 tbs
National salt 1/2 tsp
National dark soya sauce 2 tsp
Chinese salt 1/2 tsp
Recipe:
boil the rice.
scramble eggs with salt and pepper and cook in a pan with 1tbs of oil, keep aside.
heat oil 1/4 cup in a pan and add the onions, garlic fry till light brown on high flame.
now add the chicken and prawns and cook till the water dries, high flame.
add the cabbage, carrots, green chilli, salt, Chinese salt, soya sauce, spring onions, scrambled eggs mix well on high flame, then add the rice and mix again serve hot.
