Shrimps with Mayo Garlic Dip:
Ingredients:
Shrimps 1 packet
Ketchup ½ cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Cabbage ½ cup
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Oil as required
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Method:
Fry shrimps in oil then in a bowl add ketchup, mayonnaise, cabbage, garlic paste and chili sauce mix then serve with shrimps.

Achaari Mash ki Daal :
Ingredients:
Bengal Split Gram (boiled) 1 cup
White Lentil (boiled) ½ cup
Garlic (chopped) 2 tsp
Tomato Paste 250 gm
Green Chilies 6
Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
Chaat Masala 2 tsp
Tamarind Pulp 4 tbsp
Red Chili 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Fennel Seeds 1tsp
Cinnamon seeds 1 tsp
Nigella Seeds ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Curry Leaves 6

Method:
• In a pan, heat oil add garlic and fry.
• Now add cinnamon seeds, nigella seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and curry leaves.
• When aroma comes add tomato paste and tamarind pulp.
• Then add red chili, turmeric, salt, curry leaves and fry.
• Add both lentils and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
• In the end, sprinkles coriander leaves, chaat masala and serve.

Aalu Palak Gosht:
Ingredients:
Potatoes ½ kg
Spinach 1 kg
Meat ½ kg
Black Pepper Corns 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Tomato Paste 250 gm
Onion Paste 2
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Red Chilies Powder 2 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
All spice Powder 1 tbsp
Ghee ½ cup
Green Chilies, Coriander Leaves as required

METHOD:
• In a pan, add beef boiled ,potatoes , coriander powder, onions paste, salt, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, black pepper corns, cook on low flame for 1 hour.
• When beef is tender add ghee, turnip, spinach and fry it.
• Then add water cook on low flame
• Turnip are tender add sugar, all spice powder, green chilies, coriander leaves and remove from the stove.
